Terms and Conditions for Table Rental

1. Purpose of Rental
The rented table is designated for work and play purposes only. Customers may use the table to conduct work-related activities while their child enjoys the designated children’s play area. Any other use of the table is strictly prohibited.

2. Rental Duration
Rental periods are based on the selected package at the time of booking. Customers must vacate the table at the end of their rental period unless an extension is granted by the vendor.

3. Table Usage Rules

  • Tables must be used responsibly and kept clean at all times.
  • No loud or disruptive behavior that disturbs other patrons.
  • No third-party rentals or table-sharing beyond the intended purpose.
  • No unauthorized sales, marketing, or promotional activities at the table.

4. Children’s Play Area Guidelines

  • Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and behavior.
  • The vendor is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring in the play area.
  • Children must follow the posted rules of the play area at all times.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the reservation may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

6. Liability & Damages

  • The vendor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Customers are liable for any damage caused to the table, chairs, or other property.
  • The vendor reserves the right to charge a fee for damages.

7. Compliance with Policies
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of the table rental without a refund. The vendor reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these terms.

8. Amendments
The vendor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to their booking.

By renting a table, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
